Subtask of #91
This task tracks adding the UI for "logging in" from the app, i.e. associating a username with highscores.
Currently the user can specify any username (in the name bar at the bottom of the app's main window). Instead, there should be a pop-up window (when first opening the app and when clicking the name bar) that allows signing up/logging in.
