There is no anonymous mode, you need at least an email to book something. But you could create a common account and increase the session length to something the user rarely enter the login info. Also, one of the page, I think called display view, allows you to book without log-in with email autocomple. You can access it in the ressource page. |

Hello,
everybody
Since the system is only for company use, and to allow employees to easily and quickly view meeting room reservations, could the following functions be implemented?
The following page allows anonymous access:
https://www.domain.com/librebooking/Web/schedule.php
When making a reservation, simply click on the time slot to be redirected to the login page.
Instead of using
https://www.domain.com/librebooking/Web/view-schedule.php
or
https://www.domain.com/librebooking/Web/view-calendar.php
These two addresses only allow viewing; you still need to manually click "Login" to book.
(MBRS can do this, which I find quite convenient. No extra steps required.)
Important:
Automatically add the calendar to "My Calendar" in Outlook after receiving the email.
(MBRS can do this, but they can only send the email to those making reservations, not add Invitees .)

How to disable the "check" menu "Find A Time" and "Search Reservations" for users? They seem useless.
