feat: sprint planning poker app

Real-time planning poker with PartyKit WebSockets, React + TypeScript + Tailwind,
DiceBear avatars, Fibonacci cards (1-21), card flip animations, host reveal/reset
controls, room codes, and GitHub Pages deploy via HashRouter.
