7. Termination

7.1. Termination by You
If you are not in breach of this License, you may terminate this License
for any reason.
7.2. Termination by Contributor
This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate
automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of this License.
The Contributor may also terminate this License at any time by
written notice to you.
7.3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the
Covered Software and destroy all copies of the Covered Software
in your possession or control.
8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict

8.2. Entire Agreement

Exhibit A - Source Code Exception

The provisions of this Exhibit A apply to any Contributor Version that
is comprised of Source Code Form.
1. You may distribute the Contributor Version in Source Code Form only
if you include in each file of the Source Code Form that you distribute
a copy of and comply with this Exhibit A.
2. You may not distribute the Contributor Version in Source Code Form
without including a copy of and complying with this Exhibit A.
3. If you distribute the Contributor Version in Source Code Form, you
