I also got the same warning. Warning doesn't prevent your program from execution.
Followed the page https://github.com/flutter/flutter/wiki/Upgrading-pre-1.12-Android-projects and made changes (one line code) in android/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml file.
Old configuration

@himanshuchharra even after doing this I am facing BUild Failed.
Your project requires a newer version of the Kotlin Gradle plugin.
