”No reviews matched“ when issues are "Done"

hello, team
I have a question for gerrit reviews searching.

1. When issues are "Done", theare's always displayed " No reviews matched the request. Check your Options in the drop-down menu of this sections header.". See first screenshot.

2. When issues are not reached "Done" in the workflow, gerrit reviews searching is okay. See second screenshot.

3. JIRA gerrrit settings show in third screenshot.
