feat: add incremental replication

Particularly for opportunities and opportunity timelines since those are the largest streams.

@pnadolny13 for the Opportunties stream there's no "updated at" to search by. I've attached a photo of what we can search by.

We went with createdon, and searched over the last year, but it's hard to know what we should be using here.
