mail: remove claude spam filter remnants

The claude spam filter modules were already deleted from afew_filters,
leaving manage-spam-scores broken (it imports the removed
afew_filters.manage_spam_scores) plus dead symlinks, an empty
commit-less git repo in ~/.config/afew, stale tests and the
spam_scores.sqlite database. Remove them all.
