Ive noticed mc lacks some (basic) features, which i believe should be implemented:

1. Resuming should be the default for all copy/move/download/upload single and batch file(s) operations. Why is mc prioritising overwrite rather than resume i really cant understand... This happens when operation is performed on a batch of files or the operation is sent to the background. Resuming is only allowed for single files in the foreground.

2. Allow to bring backgrounded operation back to the foreground (or peek at it) and show details just like it was never backgrounded. Right now, theres only brief log stating that some operation is executing. No way to get any details about it.

3. rclone/rsync cloud vfs support. It would be good to natively mount/list remotes from within mc.
