Color does not change

Dear developers, I've successfully installed LogiGSK 1.0, and opened the software. However, whatever I've set in the software does not show anything changed on my keyboard, any ideas?

Same issue here, the service starts, the app starts, it shows me a picture of the G810, but whatever I press in the app, nothing changes on the keyboard.
I've tailed the server log and it seems that the connection with the client is immediately closed after the client starts:
