Eozi Core

Setup

Eozi Core is the original Eozi client and it builds the backbone of the network. It downloads and, by default, stores the entire history of Eozi transactions, which requires a few hundred gigabytes of disk space. Depending on the speed of your computer and network connection, the synchronization process can take anywhere from a few hours to a day or more.

To download Eozi Core, visit eozicore.org.

Running

The following are some helpful notes on how to run Eozi Core on your native platform.

Unix

Unpack the files into a directory and run:

  • bin/eozi-qt (GUI) or
  • bin/eozid (headless)

Windows

Unpack the files into a directory, and then run eozi-qt.exe.

macOS

Drag Eozi Core to your applications folder, and then run Eozi Core.
