All changes to documenation looks good and functionality is working properly.
…ocs/build from gitignore so the user guides can be added to the documentation.

Built User Guides using html, added its hyperlink to the index, adjusted the documentation title from admg-webapp to CASEI, added images and gifs for the user guides/documentation, adjusted javascript functionality to be able to search the User Guides using the search functionality, and cleaned other documentation
