Description

Determine appropriate location/repo for tenant management documentation. Potential options include veda-backend, veda-docs, veda wiki.

Documentation should include details on:

• multi-tenancy architecture
• using multi-tenancy when ingesting data (ingest API, ingest UI)
• access control using Keycloak
• migration documentation for existing instances
• other details

Acceptance Criteria

• Users can follow documentation to understand the new multi-tenancy architecture and implement it for their instance

The first link in the Enable Fine Grained Authorization by creating a Resource Server Client in Keycloak could maybe use an title/comment? The link works and it is clear what it is about in context, though, so it is good to just keep, too!
