Outline rough cost estimates for collection level virtual store operation.

Select an example collection for hypothetical virtual store (MURR SST with rectilinear chunking and pure virtual chunks rather than our current hybrid model) and estimate costs for operating the full Virtualizarr pipeline including

1. Pipeline operation costs for Lambda and ECS container execution. We have several continuously operating pipelines (HRRR and RASI?) we can use for cost estimation.
2. Storage costs for virtual references in Icechunk.
3. Scaled access costs for both Icechunk and source file chunk access using hypothetical user access patterns.
