Recommended changes

Remove empty tabs and update R content (and review Python content). Create issues to add Matlab and Command Line tabs.

The Python tab also uses an outdated API. Should use earthaccess.search_datasets, earthaccess.search_data.

The contents of this page also duplicates the "with Python", "with R" pages.
