...so that I can verify that no (potential) secrets have been leaked when opening PRs that address code additions or changes.

In a recent PR I observed that secrets detection workflows are not being triggered when PRs are opened.

When I perform an inspection of the PRs checks
Then I expect there to have been an execution of the secrets detection workflow
