A few things about UFS_case_gen

I'm trying UFS_case_gen.py and UFS_forcing_ensemble_generator.py on Derecho, following the instructions on https://ccpp-scm.readthedocs.io/en/latest/chap_cases.html#using-ufs-output-to-create-scm-cases-ufs-case-generation.

I found a few things that may need updates.
Please let me know if you notice something I missed.

I started with UFS_forcing_ensemble_generator.py.
It seems the updated folder structure under /glade/derecho/scratch/epicufsrt/ufs-weather-model/RT/NEMSfv3gfs is different from what it expects.
There is no INPUT folder under it now.

So I go with UFS_case_gen.py directly instead.

    -f /glade/derecho/scratch/epicufsrt/ufs-weather-model/RT/NEMSfv3gfs/develop-20260506/control_p8_ugwpv1_intel 
    -n test_case_gen

1. Prefix the time tag before sfc_data.tile, because sfc_data.tile files under RESTART have a 20210323.060000 prefix.
2. Change in_dir to grid_dir for get_UFS_oro_data
3. Remove the hidden files under raw_case_input/FV3_C96_example_ICs. The raw_case_input.tar.gz downloaded from https://github.com/NCAR/ccpp-scm/releases/tag/v7.0.0-beta has hidden files, like the screenshot below
