No performance gain on RTX 3060 and RTX 2080ti

Hi sirs,
I have test this sample code on RTX3060 and RTX 2080ti. There is almost no performance gain for both Bistro (interior) and Bistro (exterior) Scenes. Are the results correct? Do the performance gain only happen on RTX 4000s? thank you.

I got the same result. No performance gain without the new hardware. With 4070, I only get 10%-25% performance improvement.

RTX 2070, Windows 11 and drivers 572.42, I have 20 % performance improvement. Set Max Subdivision Level to 12 and change OMM Format to OC1_2_STATE, then press button Bake OMMs to rebuild. With default OMM Format I have even performance loss. Maybe OC1_2_STATE works better on older hardware and default OMM Format works better on newer.
