NemoClaw v0.0.93 focuses on predictable first-run behavior across DGX Station, DGX Spark, and macOS. Station Express now recognizes the bounded DGX OS 7.6.x workstation family while preserving its existing hardware and runtime checks. Full Station Express end-to-end qualification for that profile remains pending.

Managed vLLM onboarding now gives users clearer control over existing workloads, optional Hugging Face authentication, and resumable downloads. DGX Spark also gains a deterministic non-interactive provider order. Installer and onboarding failures now stop earlier or preserve resumable state with less diagnostic noise.

Release validation now ties final-main E2E fanout to the applicable base image and reports more useful phase and runner evidence. The contributor workflow also records fresher documentation-writer receipts, while the user guides use the supported platform and inference command paths.

DGX Station, DGX Spark, and vLLM

• #7268 adds optional Hugging Face authentication and resumable HTTP 429 guidance for managed vLLM downloads. Token-scoped execution and output sanitization reduce credential exposure during large downloads.
• #7285 makes an existing Station vLLM workload an explicit ownership choice. NemoClaw preserves the workload and gives users exact managed or manual continuation commands.
• #7296 gives non-interactive DGX Spark onboarding a deterministic provider order: running local vLLM, managed vLLM, then NVIDIA Endpoints. This makes unattended DGX Spark setup predictable without changing provider selection on other hosts.
• #7419 recognizes the stock no-OTA DGX OS 7.6.x workstation family when its release marker proves the expected GB300 lineage. Existing hardware and runtime gates remain, and future families remain fail-closed.

Installer and Onboarding Behavior

• #7299 rejects Intel macOS before release resolution or network work. Users now receive the Apple Silicon requirement without an unnecessary clone or download.
