Minimum size of heat sink for CST SAM model

When the size of the heat sink input to the model

Fixes required:

• Include all served loads in heat sink calculation, not just process heat
• Add lower bound for minimum heat sink size in SAM case preparation
• Warn the user if the CST results show a system size below the minimum viable heat sink size for the production profile
