It ingests your transcripts from Claude Code, Codex, Pi, OpenCode & Cursor — plus your installed skills — into a local SurrealDB graph, then surfaces what skills and tools you actually use, where your tokens go, and how to route work cheaper.

Everything runs on your machine. Nothing leaves it unless you explicitly publish a profile.

Getting started

# install

# verify
ax doctor

# first ingest + your profile
ax ingest
ax profile show

Then try ax:retro (the experiment loop) and ax:extract-workflow (reconstruct the workflow behind something you shipped).
