Hi. I am in process of switching launcher and experimenting with Neo. I have been using Nova for years.
I noticed that there is virtually no context menu items in neo (menu which appears when you long-press icon in home-screen). IMO there should be option to add following items there (most of them are in Nova):
remove (app from homescreen)
uninstall
edit (name of app shortcut and icon of app shortcut)
play store (jump directly to google play store entry of that app)
restart (force close and start again)
APK (export APK somewhere.. e.g. download folder)
I know you can drag&drop icon to remove/uninstall region but it is much slower than doing it form context menu.
custom names / icons (edit) is very important as sometimes app has too long name or simply undescriptive (e.g. if you have 5 apps named gallery installed simultaneously as I've had when testing you'll realise how important renaming is. Also sometimes app shortcut has too generic icon and you have to change it to make good UI)
regarding play store item, even better would be if it would jump to the store where the app comes from e.g. if it is installed from f-droid, izzy droid or droidify it would jump there. But if it is just APK then try to search from google play store
restart is not as important as ones above but still nice to have as in some androids killing everything in task switcher will not kill the app
APK is also not so important than ones above but when you want to make easy backups it becomes handy.
