Use, operation, deployment, redistribution, and commercialization of this software require explicit written authorization and a valid activation/license entitlement issued by TransTrack Medical Software.
Any use without valid authorization and activation is unauthorized.
No person or entity may:
- Claim TransTrack as their own software
- Present themselves as an official TransTrack distributor or maintainer
- Rebrand or publish confusingly similar copies under TransTrack identity
- Distribute altered builds while implying official origin
