DS works just fine and VLC like mpv.net have both native ARM64 executables and decoders.
After installing x64 LAV filters, mpv.net used LAV filters without issues but with a little overhead regarding power consumption.
mpv.net ARM64 uses directly ffmpeg in native ARM64 form.

I tested LAV x64 vs MS Media Foundation using DXVA Checker and they have similar performance on my Snapdragon X using Windows 11 Pro 25H2_v2 ARM64, but LAV uses more power due to x64 emulation via Prism.

After Jensen's keynote with RTX Spark laptops and N1X/N1 SoCs I think is mandatory at 2026 to offer an ARM64 version for the users.
Besides Qualcomm and nVidia, MediaTek is going to present new ARM SoC for Windows 11 ARM64 soon.

I don't know if it's too much trouble for you, but the ecosystem of Windows 11 ARM64 is growing and Snapdragon X2 is also an impressive SoC.
