I discovered that LAV Splitter may lose some tracks that are not set to disabled, but appear to be discarded simply because their ID exceeds 64.

The last five tracks of the video were discarded, leaving me unable to find the subtitles I wanted.
Is this because the upper limit of 64 was used somewhere when LAV Splitter was written? If so, can you please fix it?
