Incorporate Blacklists

It would make sense to use open Blacklist data to score the risk of an IP.

We will have to make sure about the TOS of those lists.
Even crowd-sourced lists like spamhaus have limitations (non commercial free-tier, ...) which might not be suitable for the OPEN license of this project.. :(

I've looked into some providers at the dnsbl-check client project..
Some might make sense but I would only use it for additional metadata of IP's WE found. Thus not 'polluting' our reported data.
