Cohort Visit detail provider specialty concept set cannot be set and saved

After setting a concept set for the visit detail provider specialty, and saving the cohort, the selected concept 'jumps back' to any specialty. See attached screen recording.

The saved cohort also cannot be generated even with 'any specialty' criteria, giving an error for the empty criteria under messages:
