Does piper support SSML

I did find an old post from about 2 years ago that piper would support SSML in 'the next release'. Did that ever happen ? Are there any plans ?

Yes! Piper supports a subset of SSML including , , , _{, and . Check the Piper README for the full list and examples. Not all SSML tags are implemented, but the common ones are there.}
