Database: update to EPSG 12.057
- NATRF2022 updates: the CRS is renamed to 'NATRF2022e2020' - IGb20 is deprecated - SIRGAS-Chile updates - JGD2024 updates 3 issues reported to EPSG and worked around in this commit: * transformation 11485 'ITRF2020 to NATRF2022e2020 (1)' uses millimetre/year for parameters "Rate of change of X axis translation" and "Rate of change of Y axis translation", but metre/year for "Rate of change of Z axis translation". Values of those parameters are zero so that doesn't make much of a practical difference, but I assume this is unwanted as this is the only Helmert transformation in the dataset where the unit is not identical for all X, Y, Z axis * Transformation 10786 'ITRF2020-u2023 to IGb20 (1)' is non deprecated, but its source CRS is 10779 'ITRF2020-u2023' which is deprecated .This is the only record in the dataset where a non-deprecated Helmert transformation refers to a deprecated source CRS. Its target CRS 10786 'IGb20' is also deprecated * Similarly, Transformation 10787 'IGS20 to IGb20 (1)' is non deprecated, but its target CRS is 10779 10786 'IGb20' which is deprecated
