OED v5.0.0 issues

There are a number of issues with OED v5.0.0 spec:

1. SolarFarmType is enumerated with values in OtherValues.csv, yet it's not in OEDInputFields.csv. Which view is correct?
2. Versioning.csv is missing all of the changes that have been made in OED v5.0.0 itself. My understanding was that the purpose of this file was to highlight the changes.
3. New file - OEDInputFieldsVersionHistory.csv - does not have any changes added that relate to OED v5.0.0. As this is the first time this file is added, what was the purpose of it?
4. Incorrect documentation: the issue about BH change to BS in AreaCode field is omitted from the Release notes.

Clarification required:

• CoverageValues.csv - is this an internal list that is used by Oasis? As I could not see any change elsewhere in the spec for "LIAB" to "LIA".

Please also add to the list a correction required for AreaCode. It currently is set to char(3), while several codes for Japan contain 4 digit codes.

Thanks for the detailed review. Working through each point:

1. SolarFarmType missing from OEDInputFields.csv — confirmed as an oversight in the v5.0.0 release. We will add the field entry. This is non-breaking and will be included in the next minor release.

2. Versioning.csv missing v5.0.0 changes — confirmed, will be updated.

3. OEDInputFieldsVersionHistory.csv has no v5.0.0 entries — confirmed, will be populated as part of the next release.

4. AreaCode BH → BS missing from release notes — confirmed omission, will be added to the release notes.

5. CoverageValues.csv LIAB → LIA — this was an intentional correction. OEDInputFields.csv rows 528–529 already used LIA; CoverageValues.csv was the outlier carrying the old value. No further action required on this point.

Items 2–4 are documentation fixes and will be addressed alongside the SolarFarmType correction.
