UI/UX: New Monitors Have A Really Good Uptime /s #576

Describe the bug
Newly created monitors show 100% operational for history that shouldn't exist.

To Reproduce

1. Create a monitor.
2. View monitor's uptime graph.

Expected behavior
Monitor should either show unknown or even better be not shown as a bar if there is no data.
If monitor yet has no data, show message in the middle that says there is not enough data yet to show anything.
