Investigate log10 infinite warnings in CYP2D6 DDGI report rendering #6

Description

@SRuedesh

The report rendering logs include warnings that log10 transformation introduced infinite values. These should be traced before publishing the qualification report.

  1. Identify which observed or predicted ratio records produce zero, missing, or non-positive values.
  2. Determine whether the source is observed data, simulation output, ratio calculation, or plotting.
  3. Decide whether affected records should be excluded, corrected, imputed, or plotted on a non-log scale.
  4. Document the decision in the qualification workflow or report source.
  5. Re-render and confirm that the warning is resolved or explicitly justified.

This is a scientific and statistical QC issue because non-positive values on log-scale ratio plots can change the plotted evidence base.
