Amendment with bullet point has text format issue

Describe the bug
An amendment consisting of at least a single bullet point contains incorrect line breaks. Unlike in previous OS versions, words are broken up incorrectly. The behavior can also occur in the amendment detail view.

Here is an example:

How to Reproduce

1. open motions
2. create a motion with text below
3. create an amendment with the text below
4. open the motion detail view and mark "show all amendments"

Expected behavior
The text format should be the same in version 4.3.0 as in 4.2.29. The problem should be solved for the motion and the amendment detail view.
