Fix: Missing cabs for some 1x zoom toyland lorries

The loaded sugar, toffee, candyfloss, bubble, fizzy drink and plastic lorries were lacking north facing (drawn underneath the cargo container) cabs. Also fix battery, fizzy drink and plastic cargos which lost one of the items in the SW orientation. Fixes #239
