Add custom comment column on html test report overview table

Problem to solve

I'm running the same tests in multiple environments on different endpoints.
To figure which combination has failed I need to look into the details of each test.

Proposal

Would be great if I could define a custom name/entry column to the left in that table based on variables, so that I can not the environment and service tested.
