For `components` with accessibilty labels, add UI tests to check their values

Context

OUDS provides components with custom a11y labels.
For example inline alert and alert message components have accessibility labels with dedicated prefixes for info, negative and warning status.

It could be nice and helpful to have such UI tests in the design system toolbox where we go across the app, open components pages, add some strings, and check a11Y labels.
