Completed setup - messages not receving

I have to DC boards, 3.3, both set up with a fresh install of armbian, and the chat application, set to the same freq, I've tried a few but currently 400Mhz, I am able to send but the message doen't come on the other board,

Idk how to troubleshoot this one,

the messages finally came thru a huge delay, but they have some weird encoding
