Stuttering

This emulator stutters about once every second, even when netplay is off. Project64k 1.4 does the same thing.
Plugin selection doesn't seem to matter, nor does anything else, it consistently stutters at the same interval.
Normal Project64 (any version) doesn't do this, so it must be something related to the netcode.
Is this something that can be fixed?

Also, I'm missing save file support. Not every game has "unlock everything" cheats. Would be great if save file sharing was added.

Thank you so much for finding this project and reaching out to me. I'd strongly recommend checking out @cennis91 and his work at https://github.com/CEnnis91/project64/releases . He took my work many steps further. It has no stutter, etc.
