Configuring Opuxl

By default Opuxl conntects to 'localhost:61379'. If Opuxl should connect to another host or port these parameters can be configured by providing config file besides the Opuxl.xll file. Here are steps.

  1. Create a Opuxl.xll.config file at the location where the Opuxl.xll file resides. This file must have the same name as the 'Opuxl.xll' file suffixed with an '.config'
  2. The content of the configuration file looks as follows:
<configuration> 
    <appSettings> 
        <add key = "host" value="localhost" /> 
        <add key = "port" value="61379" /> 
    </appSettings> 
</configuration>
  1. By setting the value of host and port it is possible to connect to an custom server
