Thus far the fortran code is only that which we originally linked at https://www.mcs.anl.gov/~more/dfo/
This is a reasonable stopping point since there have been no requests for the additional fortran infrastructure since 2016.
On the other hand, it would not be difficult to provide the requisite makefile and a test function.
Note that for the fortran version:
- I have not generated derivative code
- random number generators obviously differ (note seed requirement for calfun.f)
