thank you for this project, is it very valuable and helpful!
I would like to observe that something that is missing and that would be really appreciated, would be a Fortran iso-C interoperability example with the tf_c_api.c , since it does not exist yet. Looking at neural-fortran (https://github.com/modern-fortran/neural-fortran) or FKB (https://github.com/scientific-computing/FKB) or fann (https://github.com/libfann/fann) projects, there is a growing interest in this but they realize the interface at a higher level.
What do you think?
