Functioning Frank's Home Page

I found a home page in the code and so we need to renovate this home page to work with the website. This home page should include the following:

• Be the first page there when you open the website.
• Be able to access all pages of the website from the Home page.
• Designed to be somewhat modular so that pages, decorations, or features can be added, removed, or changed in the future.
• Be able to return back to the home page, but also have the ability to move from page to page without having to go back to the home page.
• Be able to change the event code somewhere on the home page.
• Say somewhere on the page the year, the comp, the first season, and the frc game that the data it is reading is from
