For development purposes, I have an application with multiple popups to open. For smaller screen resolutions I could not manage to insert notification popup over the other opened popup. E.G.
When we think that this is my main screen, I could not manage to see my notification because of my popup. It could be really nice to have an implementation to control the tag TopMost for desktop applications which can have multiple popups before main window.
I could create a pull request to add this flag to the NotificationsOverlayWindow.
