Upgrade to PS_9.0.3 from PS_8.2.4 fails - RESOLVED

I have tried to update PS v.8.2.4 to v.9.0.3 and I always get the same problem.
Error removing var/cache/prod.

My server information:

Non-native modules and overrides disabled

Upgrade fails after updating the database and trying to remove the cache:

Update_V.8.2.4_to_V.9.0.3.txt

I deleted the cache from PS, and also the server's var/cache/prod folder, but it is re-generated and Update assistant cannot remove it.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Parameters and deactivate non native moduls and overrrides.
Go to clear cache.
Go to Update assistant and start upgrade.
It's well until 'remove var/cache/prod'

Expected behavior

I expected a good upgrade.

Please make sure all other tabs of the shop, either on your computer or someone else's, are closed then try again.

This is caused by an opened page making requests to the shop, potentially building the cache at the same time it is being emptied.

Did you try to do it again with the different tab closed as mention Quetzacoalt ?

I have disabled non-native modules and almost all remaining modules and still have the same problem:
var/cache/prod folder not empty.
I'm still testing ...

After 3 Attempts I have a correct Update, but Back office is not working properly. I do not access to Design - Themes or Module administration, so I cannot enable disabled modules.

After a correct update, the list and configuration of the modules cannot be accessed in Back Office (blank page).
Update Assistant does not update the theme (Classic 2.2.0).
Is Classic 2.2.0 not supported by PS 9.0.3 ?
How is the theme updated ?
And PHP prior to the update is PHP 8.1.34. Is it compatible with PS 9.0.3 ?

Firstly I'll answer your different question :
Is PHP 8.1.34. Is it compatible with PS 9.0.3 ? -> Yes it's compatible, version 9 from prestashop is compatible with PHP>8.0
How is the theme updated ? -> The theme is correctly updated during the update, it's not displayed on BO except if you change your theme and you'll see the new version of theme

Secondly :
If you can reproduce again this issue, can you try to :

• Go to Advanced Parameters > Performance
• Disable cache
• put Template compilation to "Force compilation"
• Save it
• Clear cache
• Launch Update
