Describe the bug

A JS error is thrown if a company that is missing some information tries to post a job listing.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a fresh organization
2. Try to post a new job listing
3. See error

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I would expect some form of validation to happen where I couldn't get to the job form if I'm not able to post.

Hi! I'm looking into this.

You can assign me to this.

Problem: Company accounts need to have all fields of the profile filled out, including a picture, before posting a job.
So they shouldn't get to the "post job" form as a company unless all of the data is present.

Solution:
if data isn't complete for that account, disable "Post a job" button, and add text underneath to let them know why it's disabled.

Let me know if my plan is accurate, I'll probably want to discuss eventually what exactly the text should say.
