Building costs become incorrectly high in C10 with autobuyers on #40

Describe the bug
In C10, the buildings were bought to have a cost way higher than current coin, which is very wrong.
I tested myself, at 244000 buildings the cost is still way below ee100M, which means the cost estimation is very wrong in autobuyers.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
0. Have autobuyers on

  1. Start C10.
  2. Observe.

Addendum
Somehow the bug doesn't occur in my fork https://github.com/e666666/SynergismOfficial/tree/codefactor
I don't really know which part of the code caused that, or maybe it's because a later update broke it, since plat didn't really update the repo code after the hotfix
