can't attach device to dvm after starting its template

Brief summary

After starting a dvm-template, GUI does not offer to attach device to DVM based on that template.

Steps to reproduce

Click device icon. Hover any device. Note the selection in the "Attach to new disposable qube:" section.

Start one of those DVM templates. Shut it down again.

Repeat step one. Note the template is now missing.

Expected behavior

A device can be attached to a disposable VM based on any (shut down?) DVM-template.

(I'd understand if for some technical reason I can't attach a device to a DVM based on a running DVM-template.)

Actual behavior

The started and shut-down DVM template is no longer available in the selection.

Is there a way to replicate this behavior from CLI? What's the "attach to new DVM based on... " command?

There's no such combined command to both start a new disposable and then attach a device to it :\
