Extract StudyBitsMessageTypes to library

Currently, the StudyBitsMessageTypes class is copied to the StudyBitsWallet project. It would be nice to extract it to a seperate project and publish it, such that we can pull it in as a dependency.

• Set up CI and infra to publish to bintray
