Possible issues with indy-sdk

Issues that we ran into at some point, but need to be verified and if reproducible, reported to indy-sdk:

• Calling storeDid to store the did locally, then calling did for key returns the did
• Using a version that does not look like semver causes "No consensus was reached"

I think the first bullet point has been patched in indy-sdk, but this would need to be verified.
