摘要 | Summary
Qwen Studio has a clean and minimal interface, but it would be even more powerful if it could support full project-style workflows.
It would be very helpful to add a file/project panel where generated files can be organized, previewed, edited, and downloaded as a folder or ZIP archive. In addition, making Qwen Studio more agentic would allow it to plan tasks, create or edit multiple files step by step, and improve results iteratively.
With these features, Qwen Studio could become more than just a coding assistant. It could help people turn ideas into real products, create MVPs, and even build their own startups more easily.
基本示例 | Basic Example
Example scenario:
-
The user asks Qwen Studio to create a small project, for example:
- a landing page with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- a React component project;
- a Python script with multiple modules;
- a simple full-stack MVP.
-
Instead of putting all files inside the chat, Qwen Studio shows them in a project/file panel.
-
The user can:
- view each file separately;
- switch between files;
- copy or edit individual files;
- preview simple web files if possible;
- download the whole project as a ZIP file or folder structure.
Agentic workflow example:
-
The user gives a high-level request, such as:
“Build a simple todo app with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.”
-
Qwen Studio can:
- plan the required files;
- generate index.html, style.css, and script.js;
- connect the files correctly;
- fix missing parts if the user asks for changes;
- update multiple files when needed.
Startup-building example:
A user with an idea but limited technical experience could describe their product idea. Qwen Studio could then help generate the first version of the project, organize the files, allow the user to export them as a ZIP, and continue improving the project step by step.
This would make it much easier for people to prototype, test ideas, and potentially build their own startups.
Expected behavior:
- Multi-file outputs should not be limited to long chat messages.
- Users should be able to export generated files easily.
- Qwen Studio should support step-by-step agentic coding while remaining safe and user-controlled.
- The UI should stay minimal, clean, and easy to use.
- The platform should help users move from idea to working prototype or MVP.
缺陷 | Drawbacks
Possible drawbacks:
- Managing multiple files and project exports may increase UI complexity.
- ZIP or folder export may require additional backend/browser file handling.
- Agentic workflows may consume more tokens and take longer than single-response generation.
- Automatic file editing may require confirmation steps to avoid unwanted changes.
- Large projects may be harder to keep consistent within the model context window.
- Users may expect production-ready applications, so it should be clear that generated code may still need review and testing.
However, if these features are optional and well-designed, they can make Qwen Studio much more useful for real coding workflows. It could also empower more people to create prototypes, MVPs, and even their own startups.
